Strong personality traits: I’m strong, I can take a good tease, I can be quite quiet and quite loud and I can balance that out…
Weaker personality traits: I can really reject people if they aren’t what I want them to be… I tend to see people as idiots (namely my damn classmates), I’m a bit… loud.
Describe yourself in three sentences: I am an optimistic pessimist with a soft spot for chocolate. I am quiet but also loud. I dislike idiots.
Favorite Old Kingdom character? Why? Sabriel. I loved how she grew throughout the first book and her relationship with Touchstone. She’s wonderful.
Least favorite Old Kingdom character? Why? Sam. Sam was so pathetic and so whiney and I found him really annoying. Even if he did grow in the last book, I still think that, as a son of the Abhorsen, he should be braver.

One or the other
Famous or rich? Rich. Fame is bad for you and I hate publicity.
Friends or family? Friends. I love both but I relate to my friends more.
Night or day? Night. I can hide in the night and there are mysteries to be uncovered.
Optimist or pessimist? I’m a optimistic pessimist, but more of a pessimist.
Leader or follower? I can be either at times. It really depends what I’m comfortable with. If I don’t know what I’m doing I’ll be a follower; if I do, I’ll most likely take the lead.
Introverted or extroverted? A bit of both, but mostly introverted. I tend to keep myself to myself. But when I am around those I am comfortable with, I am very extroverted.

Magically speaking...
Would you use weapons? If so, what kind? The panpipes and a Charter-charmed dagger. I would take the bells of an Abhorsen but they are not mine by blood. I sort of understand that anyone can use the panpipes.
If you could have any magical powers, what would you have? The Charter, definitely. Free Magic is not my thing.
If you could be any animal, what would you be? Why? A cat, because they are awesome, sleek, fast, good looking, small, discreet and just generally great.
If stranded alone on an island, what three things would you need with you? A dagger for survival, a photo of my family and my best friends, and Sabriel by Garth Nix.
Would you risk your own life to save someone? It does depend who it is and what is happening to them.
Do you fancy any particular bell? Why? Oh, yes, I do. Astarael. It has been my favourite bell from day one. The Weeper. So pretty. It’s a mass destroyer, so I was a bit scared of it at first but if you have enough willpower you can withstand it. Astarael is a beautiful bell in my eyes.
