Adorable [Riku/Sora, PG]

Sora flopped down on the bed, grabbed a pillow, and bounced up into a sitting position. Riku turned off the bedroom light, leaving one lamp (a rather interesting fish lamp) to illuminate the room. He slid next to Sora with much more grace than the little brunette.
"Hey, Riku?"
Riku paused, his hand on the lamp switch. "What is it, Sora?"
"Can I top tonight?"
It was only surprise that kept Riku from bursting out laughing. "Let me think about that... No."
"What? But whyyy?!" Sora tossed the pillow to the side and practically fell on Riku, cuddling into his shoulder.
"Sora..." Riku wound an arm around him with loving familiarity. "You couldn't top a cupcake, let alone me."
"Cupcakes? We have cupcakes?"
Oh god. Why was Sora so adorable? Riku tried not to laugh again. "No, Sora. Not counting the one you use for a brain."
With a ponderous expression, Sora reached up... and pointed to his forehead. Here?
Riku had to really fight to not giggle at that. "Yes. You have a cupcake for a brain. Which is why you don't top, I do."
"But..." Sora was suddenly reminded of why he'd brought the subject up in the first place. He tackled Riku unresistingly back into the pillows. "Come on! Please?"
Riku chuckled. "No, Sora!" He had a wide grin on his face, and his turquoise eyes shone with happiness and love. "You're so cute," he said suddenly, eyes locked in Sora's blue ones.
"Really?" Sora shifted slightly, so he was lying more comfortably on top of Riku.
"Mhm." Riku reached up a hand and threaded his fingers through Sora's soft, gravity-defying hair. "I love you a lot."
"I love you too," Sora said, smiling back. The day he'd first heard those words... was probably the happiest day of his life. "...I still can't top?"
"No." Riku laughed again, grinning. "But you're welcome to be on top of me, for as long as you want."
"What if that's forever?"
"Well..." Riku kissed Sora's forehead. "I might start losing circulation. That wouldn't be a good thing."
"What's circulation?" Sora tilted his head to one side.
Riku raised an eyebrow at him... then broke out laughing. "Never mind, Sora. You're adorable. And we can stay like this as long as you want, even if my limbs fall off eventually."
"I wouldn't want that!" Sora hugged Riku tight. "How about just all night?"
"Sounds good to me."
