OK speed camp wasnt as bad as i thought it would be... it was preety fun and sore!!! We did lots of ladder and lots of those super man thingys but harder.. we didnt run as much as i thought tho so it wasnt that bad!! today i went swiming at my aunts pool with Ray!! She is the best-- we stayed in the pool the whole time except to eat hah, i love that girl... now i am home and getting ready for a speed camp, great this is gonna be tourture-- one thing i hate is: RUNNING... wish me luck!!!
