for some reason, I feel like I should start writing here again... not really sure why given that I've pretty much ignored it for so long.

I think I'm afraid of who will read what I'm writing and then they'll really know what's going on and they'll over-analyze things?

Maybe changing to Friends Only will make it okay?

It's obvious your decision, and your decision alone. I just wanted to alert you in addition to going friends only, there are also filters. I'm not sure how they work in public entries, but in friends only it allows you to say which friends can see the entry. Just thought you might want to know!

You can filter entries and still have a public journal. It works like how you said. But you can't have it public, it will only let certain friends who are "in the loop" see it.
