my gym teacher, mr mier, died last night of a heart attack. he wasnt even old i would say late 40's early 50's. its so weird cause monday during gym me and caroline were joking around with him and now hes gone.

that's so sad. man. i remember last year one of my teachers, ms. mathews had a small heartattack and it was a shock because she's athletic and really skinny and plays all kinds of sports and eats extremely healthy. she came back 2 days after and said that was the scariest thing but she knew it was coming. take care hun.
