Sophomore year is officially over...
This entire (and long) entry will be of my sophomore year in full review. It'll be excruciatingly long but I would really appreciate it if you just took some time to look through it. And I think I'll make this a public entry...
The year starts off really awesomely. I was a little nervous now that I wasn't a freshman anymore. A little more is expected of me now that I'm not as naive. My classes seem awesome, and I'm prepared to have a lot of fun. I'm not stuck in as many classes with just people from my grade. I have the opportunity to meet great juniors and seniors. I expected sophomore year to be good, but I never expected it to be this awesome.
So much has happened. I made tons of friends, not only juniors and seniors but those in my grade. I discovered my true passion in life and what I want my life to be like. I fell in love for the the first time. I got hurt the first time. I still don't know if it's really love. I don't know if I'll ever know how he felt about me. Who knows, maybe I'll see him sometime over the summer, or maybe I won't. Perhaps I'll never see him again. Whatever happens will happen. I don't know if I regret not telling him. Nothing would've happened between us, I know, even if he loved me.
I didn't have a digital camera unfortunately for the first half of the year and that sucks. I've had amazing times I didn't really get to capture and cherish in a photo. But I'll describe those in awesome length =D
First/Second Day of School
I remember the teachers all talking about respect and other related such things. So that was boring. History's still sharp in my mind. Layman was trying to remember everyone's name, and he kept calling Janine "Jillian."
My classes in review
Physics
I'll admit, I wasn't happy in this class at first. I only knew Felicia out of the 24 kids but now, I'm incredibly glad I was in this class. I made tons of new friends =) I got to meet Kevin (my new best friend), Rachel, Emily, Carrie, Kelly, Mike, Keith, Staluppi, Alanna, Becky, Nikita, Micayla... it's been an amazing class. Even if it was boring, I had a great time. And of course, there's always Mr. Gemborys and his "G-Unit" shirt. Wait, I'll see that shirt again next year... oh man. Felicia and I got nearly all the Physics pencils for getting highest scores lol. I'm really proud of all the "advancements" I made in Science... I got 2nd place in counties for the Merck test, did decent I guess on Science League, finished my two semesters of Columbia and had an awesome time. I'm even more sure that biology/medicine is where I'll major.
Oh Kevin, what would I be without you? You made my sophomore year really awesome, and we're so hanging out over the summer.

Gym/Drivers Ed
Gym, ah. Cardio with the girls, and of course Yoga! Playing Badminton with Carrie and being really good at the end but playing with minimal movement haha

Awww I loved this class. Mrs. Leogrande is possibly the sweetest teacher in existence. Spencer never failed to make us laugh. The continuous talking... oh, even if I was pretty sucky in this class, I loved every moment of it.
Math
Ah Mrs. Martinez. Interesting teacher. She's super sweet to me and all, but she'll be joking with us and then screaming at us so I don't know quite what to say. Ricky would walk around the class for no reason (this boy will always be confusing to me). Nicole and Spencer arguing haha... I love those two. Jason's annoyingness, ahh. I just might miss that. We're all going to separate Calc classes though we'll be reunited in senior class. It's going to be really weird not to be with the same people but I'm totally up for the change.
TV
I can't even begin how much I've enjoyed this class. It's been the crazeist. Gaby and Danielle, thank you so much for giving me the best memories. Giving names to the computer options haha. Linked selection? Um no, they're sunglasses XD Snapping = sunglasses. The level lines? MOUNTAINS. Dancing to the songs on iTunes. Danielle arguing with Paul. Our tribal council of voting Paul out of our group... Gaby's "Why can't we all just get along?" lol and of course, Danielle's "moderism and imaginism" haha You guys are the best, and I'm really going to miss not being in TV next year <3333333
History
Ah history. Another interesting class. Fun nonetheless. Dougie never gave us back our essays hahaha. We only wrote I think 2 essays throughout the entire year... silly Dougie. Watched a bunch of movies... had Wooju be incredibly annoying (and smelly, right Brad?) Nicole always talking about her love haha, oh goodness. It became from being "Nicole's crush" to "if-you-don't-know-by-now-you're-insane." Layman's trick which I was first really amazed by, but then disappointed that he had an accomplice. I still don't see the ass CAH finds very fine haha. Oh well. I'll miss Dougie and his laziness.
Lunch
Two words: CLUB CHINA. The fun never ended with you guys. But later on, it became Club Bang and then Club Siberia haha. But I love you guys nonetheless with our Ghetto Wednesday.
LATIN
I don't know where to start with this class. This has been the most amazing class ever with possibly the funniest people. CAH, Zenon, and Brian... oh man. You three are funny as hell. Brian's St. Augustine project, his music haha. I laughed. Publius and Furianus... I loved the Hazards story the most. Partridge getting Brian and Zenon to be the two angry sailors (who ended up somehow becoming rabid pirates) as Mo and Partridge assumed the roles of being the guys like the peacemakers. Instead, Mo picked up Zenon over his shoulders and almost threw him haha. OH GOD. This class will always be remembered fondly. I don't remember anything bad every happening. And things outside Latin were crazy. Andrew, Rebecca, and I became Spice Girls, and Janine joined us Lady Marmalade.
Montclair, ah. That was great. The most boring lectures ever. Our first one had been something about romances of Alexander. Andrew and I expected verbal gay porn but nope, didn't get that. Second one, um yeah, not good either. That's ok, we had fun. First one, Mo and I basically talked for a bit though we were sitting in the front so couldn't too much. He tried to take my purse, ew (THIS TOTALLY BRINGS BACK 8TH GRADE MEMORIES haha when Jason looked inside Becca's purse and Bartley freaked out) Mo hated Andrew because Andrew was friends with Lisa Baron (he hates her). So that was the topic of conversation for a while: Lisa Baron. I had to separate those two. There was a guy dressed up as a cigarette... We tried to go to the diner but there were too many people. We took our 30 minute group exam, 99 questions. But we totally aced it and ended up winning 1st place!!!!! Chadha jumped I think like 20 feet in the air when we heard we won.
Regionals Certamen in March. Great time when I look back on it, miserable when we were there (well the bus ride home)

Oh goodness, bus ride home... pretty bad since it's snowing and freezing.
Evan really anxious to pee. But goodness, he wasn't the only one. ALL OF US HAD TO SO BADLY. Me, Evan, Bong, Mo, Chadha, Andrew, Becca... ah. Miserable. It really sucked waiting to pee so long.
But before misery, it was a great time of singing... Build Me Up Buttercup, Ain't No Mountain High Enough, Ocean Avenue (ok, so me and Mo were really the only ones singing this because apparently, no one else likes Yellowcard? Losers. Yellowcard is awesome.
NLE results come in, 38/40! Ah, I made two stupid mistakes... totally could've gotten 40/40. Oh well. Great job to Becca and Felicia for also getting gold and Mo for getting 36/40 + silver!
State Convention with Andrew! We rocked this. 1st place in State Latin 3 Grammar and Andrew got 3rd! Oh snap =D

To think that I wasn't planning on taking this course before... wow. I never would've had so much fun. McNutt is the coolest teacher ever, letting us do whatever. Brian was a retard but oh well, he was somewhat entertaining. I probably would never have really become friends with Ratner, Eddie, Won, or Janelle if I didn't take this class.
Scattergories... seriously, this was SO much fun. Playing on the board was great too... Team um whatever vs. Team Asian and Paul. Susie and Gina, what would I have done without you? We played this nearly everyday after APs were over haha <33
