knowledge is the total of all accessible data
we know things as a process, which has these inputs:
communication (linguistically encrypted data)
perception of experience (unencrypted ('raw') data)
thinking (any form of data)
accepted intuition (instinctual data)
-
thinking is how we create more knowledge than what we get from outside
thinking is a process-state- the exact process is up to the thinker
through thinking we may assign truth-values to pieces of knowledge
truth-value applies as true-false (+/-) with logic, true-maybe-false (+/0/-) with fuzzy logic, and true-maybe-false-undetermined or otherwise (+/0/-/?).
all knowledge begins in the undetermined category and unless it is assigned a truth-value it has ? as its value.
logical thinking attempts to assign + or - at all times, unless fuzzy (trinary) logic is used, in which case 0 becomes a possibility.
postlogical thinking returns all truth-values to 0 as soon as their active assignment ends a/o the context shifts.

the four listed forms of knowledge access are not the only methods, only the most commonly used. for other methods, an update to this model may be required.
communication and perception of experience are externally based modes of the process, both requiring input from an other-source.
thinking and accepted intuition are internal processes which occur independently and are acausally-atemporally tied through etheric process to the rest of reality only. direct causal connection cannot be made or this model will not function as designed.

information is knowledge that has been processed for use and is able to be accessed and edited without further alteration. information always has a truth-value, even if it is ?.
information is distinct from data, which may or may not be formatted. data is raw digital material which can be used in the construction of knowledge and information of varying formats.
-
communcation often includes the truth-value previously assigned by the other-source/s to the information being transmitted. all transmissions require translation before being reformatted for local thought syntax and subsequent analysis. acceptance of 'established' truth-value is a tactic which produces errors in postlogical modelling. it is necessary to actively reset all truth-values as needed for local context and context emergence implementation. communication is composed of digital information as decryptable by the receiver through established consensual methods.
perception of experience is meant to cover any form of unencrypted transmission, including electromagnetic, gravitational, and other physically constructed mediums as well as alinguistic transmissions and hidden reality-effecting processes which may intersect the general field local-context of the being perceiving.
thinking includes any form of a/post/analytical processing, active or passive meditation, reflective re/de/mis/construction, and other formats of thought which may be in use. it is entirely confined to autoontological context and is not transferrable directly- it must be properly encrypted for linguistic decryption to take place and therefore enter the contexts of communicative transmission. thinking generally entails a process involving information.
intuition is a special case in that it reflects the spontaneous generation of knowledge from instinctual data. all biological organisms have instinctual data, but not all accept it in regards to every context or even outside of a localized context where it is established as valid to them. therefore only accepted intuition, representing instinctual data which has been formatted for local processing and assigned validity by the thinker is listed as a source.

knowledge as a process reflects the inability to access knowledge except locally and actively. passive knowing is a method of thinking which constructs a thought-syntax specific to a passive application of knowing which does not enter into the conscious and therefore active thought structure. therefore 'knowing without knowing' is effectively not knowing but absorbing so that one does not (at least ideally) need to have access to the information at hand.
active knowing is the method more often used in thought-syntax and is part of primary processing. in other words all knowledge is being primarily processed at the moment it is known. any information may or may not be concurrent with knowledge depending on whether it is in memory or active processing. unformatted data or data of incompatible format (and therefore in need of processing) must be processed into information to be accessed as knowledge.
-
many beings have developed means to quickly process data into information and then access it as knowledge. this knowledge may then by encrypted into a digitally accessible (ie, other-decryptable) form of communication, and then be quickly processed and known by the receiver of the transmission. translative ability and the possibility of mistranslation reflect the vast spectrum of thought formatting amongst the linguistically compatible population at hand and must be guarded against with appropriate generalization of transmitted data.
data itself may take several forms as illustrated above. it is not so much important to this model which format data has except where specified. if anyone wishes to construct a version of this model which incorporates a more thorough analysis of the nature of data then please submit it to the collective un/conscious and if possible to this connecting node.
