I've been really upset lately.  It's just a mixture of a lot of things and I'm really sorry actually to all the people I take it out on.  Like for the people that came over swimming and I just got pissed as hell really it didnt have that much to do with you guys, kind of but not really.  I've just been holding in so much crap it just came bursting
