i bought a new camera. it was expensive. i am afraid to use (and break) it.

also, torchwood makes me cry every week.

and i get small periods of clarity accompanied by splendid bursts of motivation to fucking do something with my life, but then it all goes away and i go back to not caring.

I haven't seen torchwood yet, and by the time I got around to reading Buffy 11 your post was long gone into the depths of my f-list, but taking this opportunity to say I also liked it (and most of this season) and it will probably come as flat zero surprise to you that I loved 12, which was majorly suprising in an entirely good way. And left me laughing lots, also in an entirely good way. =)

(while still having nice dramatic elements, in case you haven't read it yet and are dreading an excess of comedy)

of course i've read 12. i wait with bated breath for each new issue. it made me laugh as well, but willow's reaction worries me... badness on the way. oh no!

and i love torchwood, despite all the imperfections.

I read it w/out paying for it in the grocery store whilst shopping, and have forgotten the worrisome Willow reaction. (or perhaps I was just focusing too much on, err, do I even have to say?) What was?
