OPINIONS
Position on gay rights: I believe that gay people should have the same rights as straight people. Who are we to say that wanting to marry a spouse even if you are gay is wrong. Why do we have the right to rip someone's wish of getting married away? I was reading the news paper today and in some town there's this gay couple and they had a "Gay Pride" flag hanging in their yard. And members of the town find that to be a bad influence amongst their kids. But, at the same time we are being prejudice because we won't give gay people the same rights that we do.
Position on the war in Iraq: I do support our troops because they had no choice. But, I don't think that president bush has a logical explanation to why we are over there. I personally think that he himself is still trying to figure that out and he is just giving us loads of crap to make himself sleep better at night.
Position on school uniforms: I use to wear them. I am not against them one bit. I mean they are easier to work with and you don't have to spend tons of money on school clothes each year. The only thing is they are quit uncomfortable.
Position on Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy: My sister has a Lesbian friend that just enlisted in the army. It's very obvious that she's gay. She doesn't like to hide it or any of that stuff. And her going into the army and hiding it is very hard for her. I was having a talk with her before she left for North Carolina and she was talking about "Don't ask, Don't tell" and she doesn't know how she is going to be able to keep it in. I think it is bogus that she can't be what she want's because people are paranoid.
Position on Animal Rights: I am a huge activist. I believe that Animals like any living, moving, breathing thing rights. Using animals in labs is just wrong and unjustifiable. I never really understood why they use animals as lab rats. People disgust me.
Anything else you feel strongly about? Yes, I feel strongly against prejudice people. No one is perfect.

My name is Tricia. I am very short, and I hate it because people insist on pointing it out like I hadn't already know. I am very diverse. I don't just listen to one type of music you can pretty much throw any genre at me and I will like it. I am really int local music and I support it a lot. I love to go to shows. I am straight edge and I strongly support it and I take a lot of stuff for it. I am also a vegetarian. And I don't really know what else to say. So if you want to know anything feel free to ask me..
