All in all I liked your app. I like the fact that you're interested in Buddhist and Taoist philosophy, because I, too, am very interested in both. I recently wrote a term paper recommending a Taoist society as a way of life, so I've tried to study it pretty in depth. If you ever want to discuss it, I'd be more than happy; I love a good discussion.
That said, I'll tell you honestly I didn't read that whole thing about Catholicism, because I don't think you should be judged on your religion here, either. I think you said it best when you said that it is your life, and your faith, and not necessarily right for anyone else. Which, incidentally, is how you described what makes you poetic. It's a very Taoist description, though I doubt many people picked up on it. Nothing makes you poetic, but
