ahh, I can relate too well. That's exactly how it was when I was dating Nick. I constantly had my family and friends reminding me how much better I could do, but was totally still in love with the guy that I had first met that I put up with all of his BS thinking it would change. He never did and I just put up with a bunch of shit and stress for far too long and him moving away was probably the best thing that could have ever happened to me. Because of that, I now live in Texas and have the best man ever in my life and couldn't be happier.
I wish you the best of luck and really hope you can get past this bump in the road.

Anywho. Hi Shelby! I haven't talked to you in forevers, but reading this entry makes me really sad!!! I'm so sorry girl :(

But even though I, as well as many of your other lady friends, have been through this crap before, I know that it won't help you feel better. But just know that you are an amazing gal...and it's pretty fucking stupid how most times everyone realizes that but the one person in the world you want the most...the douche bag you're in love with. And sometimes you just gotta step back and say "Hey, I'm a pretty fucking rad person and screw that dude for not realizing it." I hope you can feel better and have the courage to step up and do what you feel in your heart is the right thing!!! Miss you dear!

PS- I actually had a guy rip my heart out and then say, "Would it be easier if I was like a total asshole to you and super mean so that way it would help you get over me easier?" FYI - He ended up doing that, and it sucked worse. WOMP WOMMMMP! Hang in there chica!
