Hello all! I know it's been awhile since I;ve posted. But I needed to gripe alittle.

For my education major, I have to keep a book file of childrens/ya books. I have to read 30 books a quarter. This quarter I have to read 10 newberrys, 5 multi-cultural, and 15 books of my choice/licensure area. (History and language arts.)

I love Holes, The Giver, Number the stars, Sarah, Plain and Tall, and the Island of the Blue Dolphins.

Most of those I've used already. I've read(reread) my favorites for the first few I had to do, so I, trying to find some new ones. :)

I think my far my favorite neberry award or honor goes to Ella Enchanted. :)

I found this website and it listed winners and books that got honors, but it only goes to 2003 I think

Yes, I hae the list of all winners and honors, I was just trying to find ones that are more popular than the others.

I just checked out From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweller... hoping it's good!
