I am feeling really miserable at the moment. I met with someone who studies Biology for becoming a teacher in a higher semester, and she showed me all the stuff I have to do and... it's first of all too much for Biology (even English is less!) and it's difficult, really difficult, and I am not so sure anymore if that is what I want. I mean, Biology

I totally understand where you are coming from. I am having the hardest time deciding what to do and what it is I should study. I thought I wanted one thing but it turns out that I might not afterall. ARGH. It can be so frustrating. Hopefully you can figure out where to go from here!

*sighs* It feels so good to know that I am not the only one, but it sucks so much, for everyone who has this problem! I also thought that I wanted this thing and now I am not sure anymore and I really hate that. Studying sucks xD At least when you can't decide what to study. I wish you all the best, though, I hope we both find in the end what we want to do or we will both be really frustrated

Hun, I don't know what to say...
I'm sure that you are absolutely able to do all this difficult stuff in biology but if you have some doubts maybe sit down at once and write down flips and coins. I know sounds silly but sometimes it helps!

You are NOT a total faliure! You are extremely strong woman and I've got so much respect to you for all your strenght when really bad situation happens. That's why I'm sure this one can't brake you!

Don't beat yourself up over it. You could try, for the next semester, to really get into biology, see if you really don't care for any of it and if you don't, well, by the start of the new semester, you'll probably have thought of a different subject.

Don't give up being a teacher. I think it's the perfect thing for you. I could be wrong of course, since biology didn't work out so well for you, but I think teaching would be good for you and you're doing it all the time now, anyway.

Yeah, that's all I've got. In my first semester, I was... a little 'meh' about it all. Not pessimistic, but not really interested, either. But that went away! If, after a semester of really trying, you still feel it's not the right thing for you, then pick something else, by any means.

Hm, German isn't a bad idea at all, but do check up on what you'll have to do - I don't remember the subject particularly fondly, so, uh, I'm not sure how much fun that would be, but it's definitely an idea.

Good. Think about it, because I still think biology is one of the more interesting subjects, but that's just my two cents ;) But do look if you can find interest for something else in you.

I know I am not but if I drop one subject I don't know what one to take in its place. Its very difficult to work out but it will get better.

Oh man, I understand this.

I am going to be a senior in college and this week I suddenly decided I am changing my major to History. I got really upset with myself because I felt like a failure but sometimes life does that to you.

However, you can do it, no matter what you pick, I am sure you will do well. :D
