Elyse.. Pot isn't the worst thing in the world. It helps you relax and rids you of headaches, etc. It's a lot better than drinking. But I do see where it's annoying when he preaches and goes and does it. Also I know where your coming from with the asshole dad thing. My dad is a deadbeat asswipe. He sits in his room all day making "Big Deals" Which is really a bunch of shit because he's 160,000 dollars in debt. Now that's a fag. We don't even have health insurance { My brother and I } Because he cashed it in for money. now that's a fuck. He completely wipes my brothers ass but when it comes to me his sole purpose is to tell my mom when I skip and the bad things I do. He's a faggot. But yeah we need to hang out more, gimmie a call.

I know pot isn't the worst thing in the world.
Last week I probably smoked like 5 times. I wasn't
trying to sound like a hypocrite but when your dad
tells you that smoking pot is more important than his
own daughter, the hurt is so indescribable. I don't care
if my friends smoke, I dont care if I smoke because
we are all young. But he's my Dad and you're supposed to
be a role model when you are a Dad. I know that it is a lot
better than drinking too. My Dad used to be a huge alcoholic
and used to beat the shit out of me. I would actually rather
that he smoked than drank but still, what can I say?
I still have resentment towards him. I know what you mean when
you say your dad treats your brother like royalty and you
like shit because my Dad does the same exact thing
to me. We do need to hang out more often.

Theres nothing you can do. He's so far
gone and fucked up beyond belief. I wish
I could get through to my dad too but
all he cares about is his next high and
not the important things like our family.
But thankyou for actually reading that.
I know a lot of people dont give a shit
but i'm not writing this for sympathy.

Yeah, I just don't understand how parents can treat
their children the way they do. If you are going to
have kids you better damn well be involved in their
lives and fucking treat them like human beings. I
will never be like my Dad is. I'm going to be just
like my Mom, I swear to god. I'm going to love
my kids, be there for them, listen to their problems,
be involved in their lives, every single step of the
way because that is what a parent is for. Thanks for
