I have family in Oswego county, and friends at Cornell. It's really beautiful provided you like all the snow in the world.

I've been told it gets pretty cold up there. I'd like to think I'm used to the snow (because I've lived in New England my whole life) but according to some people I know who go to school up in that part of NY...yeah. It's kind of ridiculous.
