In total, I've gone down 3.8 BMI points. but I'm still a fucking beast.

Day 5! I just have to fool mum & dad tomorrow at supper, and Saturday at supper, and then I've beaten my record! Woohoo!

Mum's concerned about weightloss, but I've basically stopped losing, my behaviour after Italy saw to that.

I'm really motivated, and all the proanamovement girls are helping to keep me going.

There is joy for me.
