Seriously ridiculous... I see no problem with being out at 1 AM versus 8 PM, the only difference is that it's darker. It's not like I'm going to fall asleep driving or anything, cuz I will be awake for another hour or two or three anyway. It's not like I'm out drinking because look at the group of people it is. Most teenagers have this thing called a curfew...it's one thing being out at 1 am in the summer, it's another thing GOING out at 1 am in the summer, cause that means you could be out till 3 or 4. Relax.
