Well thats the beauty of the 1st ammendmant. You have the constitutional right to do that. Do i approve of it? Not in the least.

Constitutional rights extend to citizens only. So technically, they don't have that right. Personally, I think it'd be funny if someone actually enforced this avenue of thought.
