Innovative was bought out by Warrior which is owned by new balance. Inno used to make sticks under their name as well as making sticks for other companies, most notably Bauer.

are there not stick customizing shops out there, like we have for skate/surfboards? it should be a boom business by now.

no there isnt. anybody who is going to get a stick and make it "custom" will be doing it on their own. if you want a different bend in the curve you will heat up the blade and bend to your needs. if you want a stick with more flex than it came with, you will heat up the lie. remember if you heat up the lie for more flex you weaken the shaft, one reason why so many OPS break in the NHL at their kick points.
