To put it mildly, Bradin was in a bad mood. He'd seen his mother get hurt several times and didn't fancy seeing it again. And he knew that she never let him meet her boyfriends unless they were serious.

With a sigh, he pulled a random button down shirt (it ended up being pink) over the shirt he already had on and he apparated to close to Lacy's and knocked on the door.
