Ugliness and beauty express appreciation, ugliness being the lack of appreciation. Having an appreciation for a person takes into account every aspect of a person, that's why their a sayings like "beauty is more than skin deep" or something to that effect. But i'm no fool, i know to a girl's ears something like that just says you don't look good. The beautiful thing about looks is that it's subjective. Everyone can have a different opinion on what constitutes good looks, brown hair/blonde hair, blue eyes/green eyes, 9-toes/10-toes, and no matter what there is gonna be someone out there who likes it
