You need to put this in your overrides under GLOBAL_HEAD by itself. Make sure to remove all the stars within the codes.

For your background pic, I'm not sure why it's not showing up. If you want to email me your password, I could put the code in for you and try to fix why your pic isn't showing up. Email is on my userinfo.
