i fuckin hate when i fluctuate like that so randomly.. i wake up and im one weight then like three hours later my body's like 'just kidding!!!'.. anyway.. good for your mum, bebe!! no one should treat anyone like shit.. GRR!!
Honey it's probably water retention, are you having too much caffeine? Without being crude, once you go for a good piss you'll lose it again. It takes 3500 cals on no activity to put on a full pound in that short a period of time :D Don't worry too much, just try to be good over the next few days and you'll be fine ♥

watcha wanna do is.. break up the 3main meals into smaller portions.. thru out the day.. say 6 tinee ones. works for me.
