You are PERFECTLY beautiful. You really need a HUGE wakeup call. You look very toned already, and I don't think you could truly afford to lose weight. Your body tells you when it needs food, so when you're hungry, for GOD sakes, e.a.t...Just don't overeat. Exercising is fine.
