I just came across a paper discussing how similar friends are in terms of their opinions. Essentially it concluded that friends are more similar to each other than they are to random strangers, but are less similar to each other than they think they are. Apart from that:
I believe breaking the law is morally acceptable (if not morally compulsory) sometimes. I also think most people act that way (or would in extremis) and don't realise it.
I believe gut reactions are often right.
I think you believe love is not an absolute.
I think you believe progress (in history/society) is a thing that happens.
That was really difficult.

I reckon we share an appreciation for things of the science fiction and/or fantasy variety.
Yeah, that's it. OH and chocolate. We like chocolate. Although perhaps you like it more than I do.
Everything else...is comprised of a number of things on which we differ and things I am uncertain about. And the God question on which I have automatically put in in the category of atheist along with all the people I know from university who was not a known member of a religious society.
As for stuff that I think you don't know about me.... when my birthday is and how I like to celebrate it. Although to be fair, I think that one applies to nearly everyone outside my immediate family.
