Musical Interlude

Earlier today Charlie got me to thinking about series that, for some reason, feel the need to include a single musical episode. The Buffy musical episode comes to mind most readily, but I can think of a few others. Apparently channel 4 put the buffy musical episode as number 13 in their top 100 musicals, ahead of Les Mis. I thought I didn't care about enough music to be offended by a musical opinon!

I was trying to remember if Ally McBeal actually had a musical episode or not, but with all the other singing I simply couldn't remember (I mostly remember her being stalked by Gloria Gaynor).
If you want a good hallucinating lawyer show -with meaningful stuff and everything, try Eli Stone. It's great and was cancelled way too soon! And there are several times when people question whether a hallucinating lawyer is fit to practise, something which no one on Ally McBeal seemed to care about as long as said lawyer wore a miniskirt.
