I desperately need either two or (preferably) four people to take over this house next year. It is a truely epic house and has brought me a lot of happiness. It's significantly improved since we moved and the smallest room is bigger than some of the largest rooms in other houses I've been in. Seriously, this place is a steal, I'd have stayed here

Whereabouts is this house and how much is the rent?

The house is on reserviour road and the rent is £238.33 each per month.
The four rooms all have double beds and heaps of space, there's a large living room and a decent dining room, a bathroom, a toliet, a shower and a spare box room plus a couple of closets so there's plenty of space to store stuff.

Is that figure based on the rent split 3 ways or 4, is this furnished or unfurnished and would it be suitable for a family rather than students?

Four way split, furnished, depends on the family but I'd say yes. The contract is currently July-July in the manner of student contracts, but I'm sure that could be negotiated.

It's the reserviour road in Selly Oak (but not really in the student center bit). It's a full three shades lighter on the "how much crime happens around here" map than the Edgbaston version :)
