I think this song is awesome.
The story behind it is that the band caught the baggage handlers manhandling baggage, particularly some guitar-case-shaped baggage. Their complaints to the flight attendants went ignored and later, when they found their equipment had been damaged, United Airlines failed to honor their claim.
