haha-
okay, funny story-
so my uncle in florida went to a resturant the night before elections and his waiter was wearing an Obama tie.
at the end of the meal the waiter asked how everything was and how he liked the resturant and everything and my uncle said
"oh everything was great, and your service was pretty good, but you know what... you made me think. if you are voting for Obama, i'm going to give you a taste of what the next few years might be like. I am going to take the ten dollar tip I was going to give you and give it to the homeless man I saw out front. Even though you did your work, and worked hard to serve me, the man outside needs to pay for heath care and his needs, so I am going to give that money to him. Thank you for serving me." And he walked out and made a homeless mans night very happy.

Oh wow, you have one genius uncle right there! And it is so true. Forced charity is not the way to go. The church, family, friends, and voluntary charities should be taking care of the disenfranchised, not inefficient government!
I just feel so bad for the many people duped by his manner....but ill admit, McCain/Palin were far from perfect...but at least I Know where their principles lie. There is no knowing what Obama might do.

In other news...I finished classes for the quarter! Just 4 finals next week! I finally have time to spend on relationships with people! Hallelujah!

How are you coping?

well- we had our first beauty and the beast rehearsals this week- and its already amazing. we've blocked the first 4 scenes already and started the choreography on "Be our Guest"! I am so very excited!! ah! yay!
school work is becoming a hassle and i just want to get my college stuff done, but, ha, my work load is just piling up to mass craziness!
I had a concert this weekend for Silk and Satin. it was our anual craft fair and we all made 211 dollars thanks to this awesome lady named Rona who coordinated the whole thing.
We are planning a trip to NYC to sing and see a few shows.
Metamorphoses went well-the turnout was pretty good, too.
everything worked out in the end, like I figured it would- although it was a very scary experience up to the end point.

HEY! i just thought of something- there is this awesome song I am singing for honors chorus and its amazing and I bet your group could do an awesome rendition of it. its called "turning Point" and its amazing

Haha, well i am glad to hear your keeping it full of adventure! It is never a dull moment with you. I would so love to make a trip to Syracuse to see Beauty and the Beast. I love road trips. I would have to see how next quarter will be treating me. I am trying to keep it less ridiculously work heavy.

Ahhhhh...I just found the piano music for Roses and Butterflies on the Making April Myspace, I so wish I could play piano better. And they will have a new Album January 20th. I seriously am addicted to their music. They have such deep meaning in the lyrics in addition to being extremely catchy chords, flowing piano, and in the 2nd Tenor/Baritone range of my voice so its easy to sing too.

Found a small clip of about half the song, its pretty epic i must say. Crazy lyrics. But it lends itself to a choir, and would be difficult to reproduce with only 9 guys. :( Your choir can do an awesome job with it.

NO! our honors chorus is only 12 people big, and it sounds way better than the chorus version!
