Very young kittens sometimes need to be stimulated to move their bowels. Try wetting a towel with warm water, so it is like momma's tongue and wipe their bottoms with it until they pee and/or poop. This is a survival measure from their "in the wild" days when this had to protect their dens from smelling too strong of fresh young dinner. The mom cat would lick up the poo, which is all milk anyway and the predators would not be attracted to the smell.
I did stroke them with a wet tissue last night, but didn't have any luck. We will have another feeding in an hour or so, and I'm going to give it another shot then. If still nothing, we might have to find a weekend vet appointment to see if something is wrong. I'm hopeful, though - they're getting curious and investigating in the bathroom, and socializing with me and each other, and they're eating pretty well. I don't think they're feeling ill, at least.
You want something rough and scratchy like momma's tongue. A tissue might be too soft. And rub vigorously like a good strong licking, up from the belly and towards the tail. I had a momma cat that was totally inept and we had to to that to her kittens for her. You'll get the hang of it. Don't be afraid to be brusque.
