Last month there was an interview with Luca Toni in the German GQ and finally I managed to translate and post it here. Sorry for the delay, liquidhalcyon ;))
and the whole bit about his very italian penchant for brighter, happier colours? (PINK shirts???) had me rolling on the floor. i mean, he was asked blue or white jeans and he's like no, brighter. *wipes tears*
really, though, he ought to remember the word würstel by now. i wonder who's got more german, luca or his study mate, franck. *g*
thanks again and hoping for a good game for your boys tonight!

Well, you know he's very Italian in that!!;)) Haha.. I'd love to see Canna being asked those questions, I wonder if he would give similar answers. Though it wouldn't be about the best espresso but the best pizza in Madrid, hee.
Am really wondering about his German skills these days, a week ago he was rambling about something talking to Schweinsteiger who kept on nodding the whole time. Now I don't think that Schweinsteiger understands anything apart from German, maybe a bit of English so I guess Luca spoke German. If only he would do so in front of a camera.
Am still not over that game on Thursday, what a mess. We were really lucky there and I felt quite sorry for Getafe, they worked their asses off while my boys didn't do anything.
