I have new critters in which I think I've forgotten to tell you all about!

The other day, at work, a guy came in and asked a coworker (Lisa) what he should do with a Chinchilla he "doesn't like anymore". She came over to me and breifed me on the situation. He told her that it doesn't listen to him, even when he tosses it or hits it in the face.
