Internships

I have a dilemna of sorts. I have interviewed thus far at four different places for an internship position. The one I want the most is with the Imperial Cotton Centre for the Arts. It would be planning and executing their major event: The Big Yarn. This place is in Hamilton, ten minutes from my house and hosts artists from photographers to painters

I would call the place I want. Tell them that they are your number 1 choice and you wanted to check in with them before you accepted somewhere else. They will be flattered, and possibly give you a time line. Worst case scenerio, you take the offer and just switch internships later! Give some lame excuse about travelling and say you are sorry. This is about you, if you disappoint an agency who the eff cares? It's YOUR future :)
