I understand if they've just shoved their hair up to get it out of the way for a bit.

But when they purposely style their hair all slicked back all the time.. tight enough to be a mock face lift.. and then leave their greasy fringe out.. I think it looks rather dumb.

It's mainly chavvy types that do it.
