Maikeru sat on the ground watching a few others skate by, man did it suck not having his board. What could he do though he was temporally banned from skating. He had came here hoping someone would have an extra board or at least would let him have a turn ( Read more... )

Amane raced down the sidewalk on her skateboard. Her mom had closed the restaurant early that day to celebrate Amane’s first day at school and after the “celebration” Amane had ran off to check out more of the town. At school she had heard where the main shopping center was and Amane wanted to check out some of the music stores. She had stayed much longer than she knew she should have and was paying for it in sweat and blood, okay, so maybe not blood, but defiantly sweat. She already missed the last bus and if she didn’t hurry she’d miss the last train to her ward as well ( ... )

((OOC- no you are fine))

Maikeru was lost as he felt the tug on his wrist and ran as well. This is why he didn't help people because things always got weird. Still he ran with this girl following her till they reached wherever it was going.

He began to feel strange though what he she meant for them to just run seperate ways so he slowed a bit not sure if he should continue to follow.

((OOC: Kay, thanks. Just makin' sure I don't sound like a complete idiot.))

Amane let go of the boy's wrist once they were across the street. The perverts wouldn't follow. Neither she nor the boy were worth crossing a busy street for. Well, there's my good deed for the day, she thought. Amane glanced at the boy whose life she had just saved. No thank you either. Oh well, some people have no manners.

She checked her watch. Oh for the love of rainbows and ice cream... There was no way she was going to make that train on foot, but she'd have to try. Amane adjusted her bag and moved her skateboard under her arm. "You're welcome!" she called, not looking back as she ran down the pavement, hoping, praying, that there would be some delay that would keep the train at the station.

Maikeru watched the girl leave. "Oh Thank you." he yelled out not sure what he was thanking. Did she just save him or did he help her.
