My apprenticeship is over since last Friday, and I miss those kids so bad. I had a really fun and relaxed time, unlike that one in octobre. And the kids, the kids, I wanna adopt them all. But especially little Vince. He’s eleven but he looks seven because he’s really small. He’s all tough on the outside, with his red sweater and his black and blue

And what's all this about Africa???

Well, my teaching apprenticeship in Gambia for three months. Leaving on february 1 and coming back at the beginning of may. And though I look forward to the sun and the kids and the african culture, I also regret missing all those bands. FOB, Rise against, Bloc Party, Megadeth (ha!), Danko Jones, and my favourite punk rock and hardcore festival. I am completely aware that the experience of going to Africa outweights seeing 5 bands or whatever, but if only I could have them both, that would be awesome. Spoiled little rich kid, yes I am. :D

Ergh. Twilight was okay. I didn't like the acting, and I felt it wasn't dark enough. I also don't think there was much emphasis on Edward's being a vampire. Also, I AGREE. MORE GUY/GUY PLZ. I'd have liked to have seen R.Pattz and that guy he's always hanging around with instead.

Is your book interesting?
The acting was bad! My god, it was funny to watch. Especially the girl, that look on her face, it seemed she was drugged half of the time. And yes, not dark enough. They could've made a totally different movie based on the same book, but with different accents and a different atmosphere. Why didn't they?
So Rob Pattz hangs around with a guy a lot? Hmm, interesting!

The book is very interesting. It makes me sad too. It's called Extremely Loud and Incrediably Close. It's based on this little boy, Oskar who lost his dad in the World Trade Center attacks. The book is funny and sad, and this kid is just so smart for his age and the things he comes up are amazing.
Haha, he does, and the guy is really good looking too. I'll try and find a picture.

Your book sounds interesting. I hardly read anything except for slash, news papers and travel guides anymore. I need to graduate already.
