I checked the line-up for my summer festivals a few days ago and I just couldn’t believe my eyes.

Groezrock: Bad Religion, Story of the Year, Parkway Drive and oldies like SUM 41, AFI and LIT. I mean, that is just pure heaven. So many of my favourite bands united in one little punkrock festival.

Hell yeah, I'm pretty excited about it! Groezrock always has an amazing line-up, but this year is the first time I can actually go.

Nice to hear from you again! It's been too long. Australia is no excuse. And what a shake-up in bandom with Bob Bryar out of my chem! I feel pretty calm about it, I'm sure they had really good reasons and no such things as a stupid fight or a hunger for fame was the basis of it. Obviously. And who knows, maybe the new drummer will be even hotter! And really gay for once! Although I did appreciate Gerard/Bob stories a lot... The world, so cruel.

Also, you have no taste. Rise Against is awesome.

Glass half full: how sweet is the new drummer in Placebo? New drummers can be a good thing.

Urgh, Rise Against. It's not even that the music bores me, it's that they're so sort of self conciously right on. *shudders* You wouldn't believe my joy when I first saw MyChem. Rise Against were supporting them in the UK but it turned out that at my Paris show I got Funeral For A Friend \o/

Unfortunately, I don't like Placebo very much :) But yeah, I agree.

And the problem is that I know nothing about Rise Against except their songs. So they could be the biggest pretentious assholes and I wouldn't know. And lyrics are nice and all, but a lot of the time I understand the words but I don't think about their meaning. Shallow, yeahhh...
