i ain't a morning person, but i'd be one if i could
Today was actually a pretty good day...and I really wasn't expecting it to be xD
I had to be at work for 9:30 this morning, which is always nasty, and this morning I felt terrible. I was so tired and felt quite sick. It took a couple of hours for that feeling to go away.
I got to work and the other people in aren't who I would have liked to have worked with today, but I could talk to some of them, so I guess it wasn't too bad. Except all but two of us are new. So me and Michelle were running around doing everything. The amount of times I had to go up them stairs to unlock the conveyor belt/get popcorn was ridiculous! Made me feel even more sick xD
We had also run out of salted popcorn and regular popcorn bags. Then there were no large Ice Blast lids. So we're all running around trying to find stuff that wasn't there.
Then some little boy if sick outside of one of the screens so I had to go and find a manager...except Mr Scott said to find Mr Parsons instead...but he was nowhere to be seen! So I had a chat with the Ushers instead, all of us arguing about who was going to have to clean it up. But then Mr Singh turned up and sorted it out.
I then had to cover Pic N Mix as all the Ushers were busy. But then Andrew turned up and said that he was on Pic N Mix...but then he said we could be a team xD
The whole place had run out of ice, so I had to scrape some out of the bottom of the machine. Then I had to mop up the mess the ice had made, which really didn't work, just spread water EVERYWHERE!
And then, while I cleaning the condiment stands, Andrew came over and asked if he could "draw a knob on my forehead". I laughed and told him to draw one on his own xD
Since the cinema was pretty dead, everyone finishing at 6:30 got sent home early, so I got to go home at 4:30 (: so I have had a bath and am now watching Scrubs xD
