Day 01 - The best movie you saw during the last year
I would have to say that the best movie I've seen in the past year is Inception. Absolutely incredible! Leonardo DiCaprio's acting blew me away, I thought he played his role extremely well. I have really become quite a big fan of his recently - especially after seeing him in Shutter Island (another superb film!).
I think that the special effects and cinematography were perfect and I found them facinating.
I also really enjoyed the small comedic bits that were snuck in. They worked really well surrounded by all the seriousness and confusion.
I have seen Inception twice now (: I went again with my auntie after I gave it a good review (Y)
Definitely going to buy it on DVD when it comes out.
Even though I was originally put off when I heard the Michael Caine was in it - I've had enough of him since I had to study two of his films for Film Studies last year D: - but luckily he wasn't in it very much, and his role was absolutely pointless =D I actually don't know why they needed him in it tbh...they had DiCaprio for their star...and Ellen Page could be seen as one too, considering her success with Juno.
But yeah, getting off the point now :P
