Yesterday was my first day of 8th grade. Let's just begin by saying that I got a horrible schedule and I don't have any of my closest friends for any of my classes

I know how you feel. In 6th grade none of my friends were in any of my classes. At all. It sucked like, the first week. But I eventually made friends with the people who sat next to me and stuff. I'm accually really good friends with those people now. Thats why last year was so fun. I knew like, everyone. xD

Well I know the people in my classes, but they're not my closest friends. I only have a couple of them.. :/

I know what you mean... when I went to high school I didn't know anyone there. But... when I did end up making friends the next year I wouldn't have any classes with them & we'd drift apart so I'd end up making new friends. The cycle continued through all 4 years and I ended up with nothing but casual friends .__.
