A person in the bottom floor or our apartments got evicted and they already cleaned it out.

It's pretty cheap. Um...515 a month for all but electric and it's a 2 bdrm. I don't know what the bottom floor apartment looks like. I know it has carpet, but I don't know how many bedrooms.

When is he coming back?

Drive to 18th and Deleware...there is an extremely cute house there for rent. I wish we didn't have a lease or I'd check into it myself.
