love it.. someone once told me that like a dad and its kid, if a baby is trying to walk like we are then when we fall, he doesnt say you idiot how could you have messed up he picks us up and say good job for that one stepnext time try harder. i dont know it is the best example someone told me so i figured i would pass it on.
