Oooh my butt!

Starting up running again is bloody painful!  I appear to have pulled a fair amount of butt muscles.  Ahh well...it's all good really.  I'm getting fitter.  Today I ran 580 meters non stop along the canal path, which I'm quite pleased about.  It is going to take me a while to reach my goal of 2415 meters though.  But anyway the little runner dude ( Read more... )

Also hurrah for fitness! I am much fitter since I started cycling to/from Cabi every day (~4-5 miles each way). I should do the yoga more often, and probably ab-work (urgh, I hate gyms though). Can't do running, it would destroy my knees!

When I was 5 I wanted to be a paelentologist :P

Ahhhh I see...being a horse person I probably should have got that one! Interesting though!

When I was 5 I wanted to be a vet...I stopped wanting to be a vet when I realised I would find it very difficult (with my pretty lamentable maths skills) to get A's in Chemistry, Biology and Maths at college and also that I wasn't as keen on animals as I thought!

Gosh I've been through phases of wanting to be everything at some point. Astronaught, professional tennis player, Athelete, Actress, Vet, international spy, diplomat, politican, Prime minister...

I think I wanted to be a paelentologist too when I was going through my I love all things dinosaur phase!

You know I really wish I was one of those kids that knew exactly what they wanted to be from like the age of 5...would make things a darn sight easier!

Ditto! It really would make things SOOO much easier!

Yay on the running! It's a great way for you to get your fitness back. LOL about the benefits thing, you can't win with those people.

I'll still wish you luck with the army career. It does sound incredibly difficult to get into, one of my cousins tried out for the police but failed the medical side, it was nothing major but still not acceptable for the police.
