been having the MCR b-sides. 'kill all your friends' is so the gen x/30-something song. dog bless gerard for that. i GET that song.

from TAI, i don't like a lot of the album bc will's changing his style up too much, sounding less like himself and more generic. but i love about about a girl, after the last midtown show, and the test.

I know what you mean. I had the discussion about the TAI album when it first came out. It's not TAI. Way too over produced and sometimes it doesn't even sound like William.

However, if you pull pack and just listen to the record not as TAI, but as a general summer-drive album, it's ace.

Though, I know a lot of TAI fans that feel the same way as you. It goes both ways I guess. I'm that way about the new A7X stuff. Nothing like, Waking the Fallen.

Those BSide songs are some of their best, in my opinion. I don't know why they didn't make the album, maybe they didn't fit into the story, but I'm so glad they were relased. When they played all 3 at the Stubb's show in Austin, I was stoked.

meanwhile i think the newest A7X is their best. but i love all their stuff except the very first. that was just too young and rough and none of them had grown into themselves yet. matt sounded terrible, i ain't afraid to say. glad he learned how to sing.
