//Firewall to all but Willow//
With so much badness and busy-ness going on, it was nice to have some relaxing "us" time. Not that we really did anything overly special, but sometimes just moments like this are special within themselves.
Willow: *Willow lays on her stomach on the bed, typing away on her lappy.*
Willow: No, still doesn't look right. Maybe if I try THIS kind of frame...
Willow: *Types some more*
Tara: *Hanging up clothes in the closet, fresh from the laundry* What is it sweetie? *moves over to look at the computer screen*
Willow: These fliers. I want them to look just right.
Willow: Only, whatever frame I use just doesn't look right.
Tara: *looks at the screen* It looks good to me. *shrugs* But then again, you're the computer gal, so....*grins*
Willow: *Types some more* Maybe the ivy vine. *Looks up at Tara and grins* Thanks, babe.
Willow: Ah HA! THAT'S the look!
Willow: Okay... so now I just save it.. and... we're all set!
Willow: *Saves the template to a disk* Ah, Power Point-y goodness.
Tara: *grins and goes back to hanging the rest of the clothes up* I'm sure Xander will appreciate all the effort going into this reopening.
Willow: I hope so... He kinda gave me carte blanche on this.
Willow: I.. I just want everything to be perfect. We've got the books... that's no problem.
Willow: And the PowerPoint presentation for the interactive kiosks is almost just right.
Tara: I know you do, sweetie. *smiles tenderly* And I'm sure that everything will be great. You're all with the brainy goodness. *puts laundry basket in closet and shuts the door*
Willow: *Looks up at Tara, smiles softly* I couldn't do it without you... you *do* know that, don't you?
Tara: *blushes slightly, grins back* If you say so, then I guess I'll take your word for it.
Willow: You make me the best Willow I can be.
Tara: And you make me the best Tara I can be. *smiles*
Tara: I think I've got everything in order at the store....I've talked to Gibb, Kincaid and Rhiannon, I've done all the organizing and cleaning. I think we should be all ready for our grand re-opening. *changes her clothes for bed*
Willow: And I've check with the bank, and we're good to go on the payroll side.
Willow: *switches off her computer, closes it and sets it on the desk.*
*Willow is already in pajamas - little gray shorts and a red t-shirt with Tweetie Bird on it. The caption ready, "Bad Ol' Puddy Tat!"*
Tara: *turning down the covers and removing the extra pillows* Then I don't see any problems with re-opening on the 28th. And you were worried we wouldn't get it done. *grins*
Willow: It's my job to worry... *grins*
Willow: *picks up a brush and brushes her hair*
Tara: Yeah, but when you worry, then I worry. *climbs into bed, sliding under the covers* And then its a whole big worryfest. *laughs*
Willow: *Laughs* So then, I quit my worrying job. *puts the brush down and climbs into bed* 'Cause I don't want to make you worry.
Tara: *smiles* The worrying job wasn't paying well anyway. Probably best that you quit. *moves over to lay in the crook of Willow's arm, wrapping her arm around her stomach*
Willow: *Snuggles up to Tara* Yeah. There's another one that might be a better fit, though.. all it takes is being happy. And I think I could do that.
Tara: Oh happiness is definitely of the good. And I'm very happy that I don't have to sleep all alone in my apartment anymore. I missed this. *leans up and kisses Willow tenderly*
Willow: *Kisses Tara*
Willow: I missed this, too... and.. have I said "Welcome home" lately?
Tara: *smiles* And have I said how wonderful it is to be home lately?
//End Firewall//
In between all the research and badness going on, we've been working hard to get all the stuff finished and ready for the grand re-opening of the Book Nook. It looks like the 28th will be the official day.
