I felt bad for Cristina, too. I kind of feel bad for Lexie because her own sister doesn't want to get to know her, but then again I don't really like her at all. Alex is love. I loved that he told that guy what he really did and let Bailey yell at him. I'm not sure about George & Izzie. I know Callie is going to find out, so maybe they'll decide what to do then. And I know Derek really loves Meredith in a way he didn't love Addison.
