There's a "banned books" section in Borders - a couple of these were there, among others... I remember Trainspotting being there but I may be wrong.
Point is, there were a lot of books there - i.e. To Kill A Mockingbird - that just don't deserve to be there.
People get too caught up in what's PC and what's offensive these days.

That's my view anyway. I'm probably being naive, but oh well, this was a post I really agreed with, so bravo!

hhhmm notice how most of the books are banned in China, or thereabouts...and Texas pops up quite a lot too.
As fascist and as homogenic as British society can get, you have got to be grateful at how much more free we are compared to other parts of the world.
