Aw naw your one of the stats ppl. No offense but I used to hate those guys when I worked for TSC. For awhile they were doing this thing if you were in aftercall for more than a minute they would buzz u and ask why and basically tell u to take more calls. I feel bad 4 u because it must b shit having to be the bad guy, but nothing sucks more than being stuck talking to a moany customer for ages and THEN have the ppl on the otherside moan at you for taking too long!! xx

I know right?? I'm literally only off the phones for a week so I'm very aware of how much of a pain in the ass it is.

On the other hand, it makes me feel kind of bad for the Ops guys cause they're just doing what they have to aswell. If we don't meet stats they get shit from us and shit from their bosses.

I still feel like a fuckin douchebag though =P

Alas, that is the nature of business. But I think you're doing a pretty good job to be honest - especially considering you're not really that type of person anyway. It probably makes you even btter at the job consideirng you don't get off on some kind of massive power trip - if you are concerned, it's genuine.

And as for 40 year od man, I bet he feels guilty now cos you approached him in such a nice way. We heart you.
