I was listening to my english teacher talk about colleges and scholarships today. I feel so confident I will get into the school of my choice and be awarded with some scholarships. My grades aren't good enough to be valedictorian, but my class rank is 14 so far. I moved up three places from last time. I'm in the top 6% of my class. Also, I'm ( Read more... )

I am so relieved to hear that you're happy! You're right. In college you will have a chance to start over and make as many, or as few, friends as you would like. It's weird, but for the most part people aren't stuck in that "clicky" mindset. Everybody wants to meet new people...and the creative ones that were looked at as "different" in high school are the exciting ones that people want to be around. At least that's what happened for me...and I know that it can happen for you too. Just smile and "Keep your chin up kiddo." Love you!

The last paragraph made me smile. You're friggin awesome and everyonw who doesn't talk to you is either an idiot or missing out on an awesome friend. Your the shit.
